Divorce Counseling

divorced couple
We understand that divorce can be a very stressful, painful time for all involved. Many individuals report poor concentration, motivation, and sleep during the divorce process. Divorce can also affect mood and relationships with others. Sometimes custody battles or disagreement about finances can lead to increased tension and stress.

We work with individuals who are going through or have been through a divorce. Our therapists are trained to help you identify your goals for treatment, process the realities of your situation, and look forward to begin to accept what the future holds. We can also work with the children of divorced or divorcing parents to provide counseling support in the case of blended families or co-parenting.
